Here’s an approximate number of the various cuts in a half or whole beef. Each animal is unique so the number may vary, and you make the decisions on what cuts of meat you want, how thick to cut the steaks, and whether you want bone-in or boneless cuts (e.g., rib steaks or ribeye steaks).

All our beef is dry-aged for 21 days, cut and vacuum packed, and frozen at a USDA-inspected facility.

Price per half $5.00 per pound of hanging weight

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at the time of your order

Price per whole:  $4.75 per pound of hanging weight

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required at the time of your order

Personal check or money order by mail are accepted for the deposit


Pick-up of your beef & final payment is at Prospect Farm by appointment.

Please bring coolers with enough ice or dry iceto keep your beef frozen on your return trip.
